1. Service Description

ScoreIsUp ("we," "us," or "our") provides do-it-yourself credit repair tools, including credit report analysis and dispute letter generation. We are not a credit repair organization as defined under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq.

We provide software tools that help you identify potential errors on your credit reports and generate dispute letters that you mail yourself. We do not contact credit bureaus or creditors on your behalf.

2. Subscription Terms

Access to our dispute letter generation tools requires a paid subscription at $49.99/month. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time.

3. No Guarantee of Results

We cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcomes. Credit repair results vary based on individual circumstances. We do not guarantee that any items will be removed from your credit reports or that your credit score will improve.

Our tools help you dispute inaccurate or unverifiable information. We do not assist in removing accurate information from credit reports.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for reviewing all generated letters before mailing them.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the personal information you provide.
  • You are responsible for printing and mailing dispute letters yourself.
  • You must not use our service for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.

5. Privacy and Data

We take the security of your personal and financial data seriously. Credit reports you upload are processed for analysis and are not shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoreIsUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
